Overview of the Health Information Library Internet Edition
The Health Information Library Internet Edition is a collection of current,
dependable health education and advice topics. These fact sheets are written
from a consumer's perspective by a team of clinicians, academicians and researchers
working within acute care, research and academic environments. This information is
reviewed annually and rewritten when needed to reflect new technologies and advances
in healthcare.
The topics in the Health Information Library Internet Edition can be accessed in
one of two ways. First, an Alphabetical Listing of Topics is provided.
To use the Alphabetical Listing of Topics, simply click on the letter that corresponds
to your subject matter of interest. For example, to view information on migraine
headaches, click on the "M" button to reveal all topics that start with "M".
The second way to access Health Information Library Internet Edition topics is
via a Keyword Search. To use the Keyword Search, simply enter a keyword and click
the Search button. For example, to view information on migraine headaches, enter
the word "migraine" in the Keyword field and click Search to reveal all topics that
have the word "migraine" associated with them.
